Nourish Cowichan & VIU
Long Table Dinner Series
Presented by Nourish Cowichan and VIU Cowichan’s Culinary Arts Program
Join us for an evening of delicious food, wine, laughter and community. These evening events
are more than just dinners–they’re an opportunity for VIU’s Culinary Trades students to
showcase their passion, creativity, and the skills they’ve been developing throughout their
program.
You can look forward to a memorable evening featuring a thoughtfully crafted multi-course meal
prepared and served by VIU’s culinary arts students. We are also pleased to partner with Blue
Grouse Winery, offering a selection of wines available for purchase at cost to complement your
dining experience.
Event Proceeds
All proceeds will benefit both Nourish Cowichan and the VIU Culinary Arts Program. The May 21st event, in particular, will benefit the Student Nourishment Advisory Committee of Nourish Cowichan (run by our dedicated committee of Cowichan High School students) along with VIU.
*Note: you do not need to purchase tickets for all three dinners; you can choose whichever date works best for you, or purchase tickets to multiple dinners.
Event Details
Ticket Price: $50 per person (includes multi-course meal; wine sold separately at the event)
Event Dates & Time: May 7th and June 11th at 5:30pm.
Location: VIU Cowichan Campus, Room 135 – 2011 University Way, Duncan, BC
Parking & Arrival: Parking is free and located across the street from the main entrance on University Way. As you arrive, follow the brick pathway and enter through the doors directly ahead–the entrance will be marked to guide you.
Ticket Purchases
Ticket Purchases: Please email nourishcowichan@gmail.com with your name and phone number; please indicate which date you want and the number of tickets you wish to purchase; a member of the Nourish Cowichan team will respond to confirm availability and provide instructions for e-transfer.
Purchase Deadline: All ticket purchases must be finalized and paid for no later than 10 days prior to the event date you’ve selected.
